TradeTribe is a product of Skysill Company. All references to "TradeTribe", "we", "our", or "us" in this Terms of Service refer to Skysill Company, the company operating the TradeTribe platform.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use TradeTribe. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You may create business profiles and/or personal accounts.
You may use TradeTribe to discover, interact with, and support businesses.
Businesses may post content, list services, share promotions, and respond to users.
You may not use TradeTribe for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
You retain ownership of content you create.
By posting content, you grant TradeTribe a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
TradeTribe offers optional subscription tiers ("Tribe Boost" and "Tribe Elite").
Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be canceled anytime.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You agree not to:
• Post misleading, harmful, or offensive content.
• Harass or impersonate others.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas or disrupt platform functionality.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
TradeTribe is provided "as-is." We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes, and continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
By using TradeTribe, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data by TradeTribe and authorized third-party services for platform functionality, analytics, and communications. We ensure these third parties follow strict data protection and confidentiality obligations.
TradeTribe is a platform facilitator, not the service provider. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any business listed. We are not responsible for disputes between users and businesses or losses incurred from business engagements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature without notice.
